The studio’s target is the efficiency. Functionality and Design is the union at the base of each individual project. The approach is a comparison between tradition and innovation, which leads to a final result in full harmony and respect for forms. All the phases of the design, from the sketch to the site, are followed meticulously, using 3D and BIM modeling that allow the customer an overall and photorealistic vision of the final result even before it is realized. The choice of materials has particular importance, so that each individual environment is optimized to the best. The studio develops projects from small to large scale: housing units, industrial and commercial buildings, hospitality.

Vincenzo Migliaccio – born in 1985 – is an architect with a strong international educational and professional background. After an initial academic approach to Automation Engineering, in 2009 he began his training in Architecture, driven by the desire to combine technique and creativity in the design of spaces.
In 2012 he moved to Istanbul, starting a long international journey that would lead him to live and work abroad for almost ten years. He has lived and worked in several cities, including: Seville, Paris, Tirana, Cyprus, Dubai, Manama, Rome, Bolzano, Innsbruck and Berlin, collaborating with international architecture firms specializing in the residential, retail, hospitality & wellness sectors.
These experiences have allowed him to refine his skills in architectural design, interior design and construction management, dealing with different cultural and professional contexts.
In 2020 he chose to return to Naples, bringing with him the wealth of experiences and influences acquired in his global journey. His work is distinguished by an approach that combines a comprehensive architectural vision with particular attention to technological innovation, the quality of space and the relationship between man and the built environment.
